These substantial, super absorbent, ceramic-like porous stone coasters will not lift with your glass and they're ideal for cold drinks with condensation. Stone coasters are also great for protecting furniture from hot containers too. The porous stone works hard to prevent water marks with its super fast absorption rate.
Please note porous stone will stain so take care to use these accordingly. Permanent printing on surface is fade resistant and heat resistant.
CARE: Rinse spills under running water to prevent staining. Some stains can be treated by preparing a mixture of 3 parts hot water (not boiling) and 1 part bleach. Soak for several hours or overnight. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry cork side up. Not recommended for use with metal containers as these can leave metal markings. Some markings can be removed with toothpaste, BarKeeper's Friend or a paste of baking soda and water.
