As a small business we value you, your purchase and each dollar you spend to support our success. We are available in person, via phone, or email to help you find your perfect fit; however we understand that sometimes purchases simply aren’t quite right once you get them home.
As of February 2024 we no longer offer refunds to original forms of payment. Eligible merchandise can be exchanged for any other items or for store credit that can be used in-person or online and never expire.
We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, and unaltered merchandise for exchange or store credit within fourteen (14) days of the in-store purchase/pick-up date (or the delivery date for online orders). All exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt, email, or text showing the transaction date and number.
All SALE Items, Plants, and Food & Beverage purchases are considered final and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that any returned merchandise is insured for the total cost of the items along with shipment tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Once we receive your original product(s), a store credit will be issued via email or in-store.
*** Please note: IN-STORE PICKUP orders that are not collected within seven (7) day of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment (minus a 10% restocking fee) and all items will be returned to the sales floor.
