Returns & Exchanges

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange within fourteen (14) days of the in-store purchase/pick-up date (or the delivery date for online orders). All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt showing the transaction date and number. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or for store credit. All plants and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that any returned merchandise is insured for the total cost of the items along with shipment tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Once we receive your returned product(s), a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
