The team at Flamingo Estate took the infamous, brightGuajillo Chiles from Boonville Barn Collective, and infused them in their rich and peppery Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The result is a Spicy Olive Oil packed with warm, fruity heat and a touch of savory Tomato, elevating crudo, eggs, or anything off the grill.

Flamingo Estate partnered with Boonville Barn Collective to plant an additional 1,000 lbs. of Chiles—a bold investment in regenerative, direct-to-farm agriculture. The woman-owned, Mendocino Renegade certified farm in Northern California grows each Chile regeneratively, then hand-harvests, dries, and grinds them into farm-to-jar spices that deliver deep, layered flavor while supporting soil health, biodiversity, and the local community.
